Barakah Culture – Return & Refund Policy

At Barakah Culture, each piece is produced with intention and care. Many of our garments are made to order or released in limited quantities to preserve quality and reduce excess.


Because of this, all purchases are considered final sale, with limited exceptions outlined below.





Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the case of:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged goods
  • Incorrect items received

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Situations

To maintain fairness and product integrity, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

All returned items must be in their original condition and match the item shipped.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be approved.

 

 

 

 


Sizing Responsibility

 

We encourage all customers to review our sizing information carefully before purchasing.

As each item is produced intentionally, we are unable to offer returns based on sizing decisions.





Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after review.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.





Delivery Responsibility

 

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Barakah Culture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.





Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, production may begin and changes cannot be guaranteed.

If an issue arises due to an error on our end, we are committed to resolving it with fairness and care.
